Prior to entering private practice, he served as assistant counsel and regional counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. He also served as a prosecutor with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General Environmental Crimes Section in Meadville. Superior Court hopeful, Attorney Maria Battista, has over 30 years experience in private and government sectors. She also has two Doctoral Degrees, otherwise known as Ph.EDs in Education, as well as her Juris Doctorate.
