Schiavo Nepot Forum, awarding $125,000 to 24 charitable organizations based in the Greater Harleton Area and Weatherly Attorney Pasco L. Schiavo was a well- known attorney philanthropist and entrepreneur based in Halton He was passionate about supporting bis community and a friend to a His public service and continuing philanthropy extended to many ama of the community, such as Penn State Harleton, the Downtown Hadleton Alliance for Progress, Eckley Miners Village Associates and many other such groups and people. It consisted of monetary and other personal and real estate gifts to the community including the development and donation of public parks. He was responsible for assembling and making available large tracts of land in the community for industrial and commercial development resulting in thousands of employment positions The grants awarded at the Nonprofit Form will support a range of needs including support for law enforcement, after school programa and educational opportunities for children, historical preservation and food for the hungry among many other deserving cause It was an exciting day where the local non-profit offered presentations in a "Shark Tank style to the Foundation's Bound and presentatives fro Schiavo's estate for the chance of moving grant The event is an annual one and the Lazeme Foundation hopes to grow treach every year Sally Paco passed away in 2018.
