Joe Amato Properties was founded by Drag Racing Champion Joe Amato. Built on a foundation of unsurpassed service, professionalism, and loyalty, Joe Amato Properties has become the premier private property development and commercial management company in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
The company was established in 2002 with the acquisition of the West End Plaza. Growth was soon to follow when the dilapidated, and nearly vacant, Gateway Shopping Center in Edwardsville, PA was purchased. After a complete multi-million dollar restoration the Gateway became the main center for retail shopping in the area. Today our portfolio of properties includes 3 shopping centers across the region, boasting a combined total of nearly 500,000 sq ft.
