"Before I started my physical therapy, I thought it was normal to go to the bathroom 20 times per day from drinking any type of liquid. It didn't matter if it was water, caffeine, or even alcohol. I just would have to go to the bathroom ranging from the least amount of time of 20 minutes to hold to go to the max amount of time of one hour. Now I can hold my urine for at least five hours, which is a huge difference. I was going at least 20 times per day, now I only need to go about five times per day. Doing the therapy has made a huge difference and has helped my life so much. I don't feel like I'm living in the bathroom anymore and I can actu- ally enjoy my life. l'd like to thank my physical therapist, Kristen Digwood. I no longer have an overactive bladder! My doctor gave me the option to try physical therapy or take medication. Most doctors would just tum to medicine so l appreciate that he gave me another option. I'm so glad I decided to do physical therapy as it helps me out with my situation and it is now resolved. I am grateful that I won't have to worry about going to the bathroom multiple times throughout the day now." - Rebecca Specializing in the treatment of: Urinary and Fecal Incontinence Prolapse Chronic Pelvic Pain Dyspareunia (Painful intercourse) Vaginismus Vulvodynia Pain from Interstitial Cystitis Vestibulodynia Post Surgical Gynecological Pain Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunctions Sciatica Post C-Section Pain Post Hysterectomy Adhesions and Pain What are you waiting for?
