Institute for Human Resources and Services The Institute for Human Resources & Services is currently seeking: Residential Program Workers: The primary responsibility is to assist adults with intellectual disabilities in their homes. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Applicants must possess a valid PA driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalency. The base rate is$ 13.50 per hour and $14 per hour after the training period Foster Care & Adoption Caseworker: The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the foster care and adoption field, as well as strong writing and analytical skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field combined with 2 to 4 years' of experience is preferred Program Specialist: The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. The position is full-time and includes providing supervision and management to a residential program.
