About
Originally founded in the early 1800s as a glass factory, over the years, the natural beauty of the town has attracted visitors from throughout Pennsylvania and surrounding states. Eagles Mere became a borough and a famous mountain resort in the late 19th century. It is still called The Town Time Forgot.
